Through years of experience with adolescents, Tami finds ways to build trust with teenagers to have them feel heard. She provides a unique perspective that is real and genuine.  Building trust and rapport with teens is vital to getting them to open up.  Using creative things such as music, art, games, and being on the level of wherever they are in their struggles, Tami builds relationships with teens that help them navigate through what most feel is the most difficult times in life.  Self-esteem, self-confidence and self-love is hard in adolescence and Tami understands this and helps the teens become the best version of themselves.
